Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum): Tulsi is neuroprotective, thus lowering stress and anxiety levels. It has anti-inflammatory effects, improves cognitive function, helps protect the heart and lowers blood pressure. Tulsi is also an antioxidant.

Damiana (Turnera aphrodisiaca, Turnera diffusa): Damiana improves mental and physical stamina, and has a stimulating and enhancing effect on sexual behaviour and performance. It balances female hormone levels and increases fertility and libido in men and women. Damiana is a tonic for the nervous system, particularly of benefit when people are tired or depressed.

Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium grandiflorum): Horny Goat Weed has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years for erectile dysfunction and to enhance sexual energy. It has historically been seen as a herb for men though in modern times women have also begun to use it for restoring a low libido. Traditionally Horny Goat Weed was used to increase fertility in men and women, including improving hormonal balance in post-menopausal women. Horny Goat Weed may lower blood pressure and restore circulation.

Rose Petals (Rosa centifolia): Rose petals are used as an aphrodisiac, anti-inflammatory and blood purifier, as well as being good for the heart, lowering blood pressure.

Kawakawa (Piper excelsum): Kawakawa is an uplifting tonic that improves energy and stamina. It is warming and invigorating, improves circulation and lowers blood pressure.

Directions:

One heaped teaspoon (2g) per cup of boiling water. Steep covered for 10-20mins. Share 1-3 cups daily for happy love feelings or as directed.
